Privacy notice
AIXXEN is in development. This notice is short, plain, and honest about what we collect and why. It will be updated as the product grows.
1. Who we are
AIXXEN is built by Philipp Eiselt as a sole-founder operation. Contact: [email protected].
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers the public AIXXEN website at aixxen.com. Customers using the AIXXEN application receive a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering tenant-scoped processing.
3. Information we collect on this website
The marketing site is intentionally minimal:
- Cookie consent choice. Stored in your browser (
localStorage) so we know which cookie categories you allow. - Server logs. Standard hosting logs (IP address, user-agent, request path, timestamp) retained for security and operational purposes for up to 30 days.
- Email contact. If you write to [email protected], we keep that correspondence in a standard email account.
We do not currently run any analytics, marketing, or tracking scripts on this site. If we add any, the cookie banner will reflect them and require your consent before they load.
4. Information collected by the AIXXEN application
When you become a customer, the application processes data your organisation provides via CSV / Excel / API: tools, spend, headcount, use cases, and anonymous capability survey responses. Survey responses are aggregated with k≥5 anonymity suppression. Specifics are governed by the customer DPA.
5. Legal basis for processing
- Legitimate interesthelps enterprises running and securing the website, responding to enquiries.
- Consenthelps enterprises non-essential cookies, if any are introduced.
- Contracthelps enterprises for customers, processing necessary to provide the service.
6. Sharing
We use the following sub-processors for the marketing site:

We do not sell data to third parties. We do not share data with advertisers.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or other jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to [email protected]; we'll respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Retention
Cookie consenthelps enterprises until you clear it or it expires (12 months). Server logshelps enterprises up to 30 days. Email correspondencehelps enterprises for as long as the conversation is active and as required by record-keeping obligations.
10. Changes
If we materially change this notice, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, surface the change on the home page.
